C.Centrifugal gold concentrator was patented in China.It is an efficient equipment for recovering free gold in all particle size ranges,specially for recovery of fine gold which is lost during the operation of the gravitational concentrators(sluice boxes and jigs).It can be used not only for placer gold mining,but also for recover the natural gold from hard rocks,to replace amalgamation,and recover gold from the tailings.
Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%,and the concentrating ratio is up to 1,000 times.In recovering the natural gold in lode ore with size-0.074mm,the gold is up to 98%,For 0.004mm in particle size,the gold recovery is 97%.
D.6-S Shaking table which is also called table concentrator,is a mine separation device for fine minerals working by gravity.They are effective in processing precious and base metal,rare metal and non-metallic minerals.Separating precisely and the high enrichment ratio of concentrate is the prominent advantage of shaking table.
Especially when dealing with low grade tungsten ore and tin ore,the enrichment ratio could reach about 300 times.Besides,the range of separating particle size effectively in dealing with metallic ore is 3 to 0.02 mm.
